Why not Yoga Nidra?
After over a decade of facilitating yoga nidra, I became increasingly aware of the ‘mind over body /matter’ roots of the practice and its relationship to the body.
While yoga nidra can be a wonderful practice, I prefer to facilitate practice that promotes experience of mind with body, as and in every cell of the body in a non hierarchical way. Embodied relaxation invites the practitioner to experience the body in this way.
