Drawing upon creative movement, storytelling, drama games, song, gentle yoga, relaxation and healthy communication to:
- build self-esteem
- develop a sense of belonging within a group
- encourage movement
- allow space to relax
- establish a sense of connection
- provide resourcing tools, such as relaxation and movement, that can be useful in times of stress.
